Send us your URL and we’ll get back to you with an SEO analyst’s evaluation of your Web site reviewing this 22-point checklist:

  1. Overall Grade (scale of 1-100): This score indicates the percentage of sites it performs higher than in terms of its marketing effectiveness. The algorithm uses a blend of over 50 different variables including search engine data, Web site structure, approximate traffic, site performance, and more.
  2. Organic Search Results: Using the 35 million most popular and expensive keywords, this analysis shows you keywords for any domain that ranks high enough to be in the top 20 search or Google Adwords results.
  3. Keyword and Key Phrase Analysis: We will review keywords and key phrase optimization and alert you of where you may be missing out on using power keywords.
  4. Page Title: Analysis of characters at top of page that come up on organic search.
  5. Meta Description: Analysis of the 150 characters shown under page title on organic search for sales interest.
  6. Meta Keywords: Analysis of keywords, phrases, and meta tags you use (or should be using) for behind-the-scene to help search engines find you.
  7. Heading Summary: These are special, embedded tags, similar to newspaper headlines, to help search engines better understand content on a page.
  8. Image Summary: Search engine crawlers can't see images. Using “alt” attributes allows web pages to assign specific text as the “alternative” content, and allow search engines to key in on your graphics.

  10. Readability Level. This measures the approximate level of education necessary to read and understand the web page content. In most cases, content should be simple so the majority of readers will understand it.
  11. Domain Expiration. If your domain will expire in less than a year, it could be a negative to the search engines.
  12. Domain Information and if you’re using “redirects ”properly.
  13. Google PageRank: A scale of 1-10 where a higher score indicates you have robust links pointing to your site.
  14. Google Indexed Pages. The higher the page count, the better.
  15. Inbound Links: The more links coming into your Web site from authoritative sources, the higher you rank in search engines since links suggest your Web site is trustworthy and contains good content.
  16. Open Directory Project: Largest and most comprehensive human-edited director of the web. Are you there?
  17. Yahoo! Directory: This listing is recommended to enhance search ranking.
  18. ZoomInfo: Business directory and search engine with profiles on more than 3.5 million companies.
  19. Blog Analysis: Do you have a blog? Blogs enable your customers to interact with you which brings them back to your Web site.
  20. Social Media: Bookmarking services enhance your ability to be organically found by search engines.
  21. Articles: Article submissions enhance your ability to be found by search engines.
  22. RSS Feed: Allows users to subscribe to your blog and be notified when new content is posted.
